Annual Reformer Service

A full inspection, clean, adjustment and service of each reformer. Every machine is measured, adjusted and documented in line with manufacturer guidance where available, and you receive a dated service report for each one.

What's covered

Every point on the checklist, worked through methodically against manufacturer tolerances.

  • Carriage, wheels and bearings inspected and adjusted

  • Ropes and pulleys checked for wear, tension and alignment

  • Springs assessed for fatigue and safe working load

  • Footbar and locking mechanisms cleaned and adjusted

  • Frame and fixings checked for torque and structural integrity

  • Cleaning and lubrication of moving parts

  • Noise and movement diagnosis

  • Dated service report for every machine

  • Identification of worn parts with clear next steps
