I am a qualified service engineer with an electro-mechanical background, built on years maintaining critical building systems at the Bank of England — where precision and reliability were non-negotiable.

The Reformer Engineer began through my fiancée, a Pilates instructor. Maintaining her reformer showed me how much a well-cared-for machine matters — and I have since become a regular reformer user myself.
