Common jobs — done properly
Cable & spring servicing
Cables inspected end-to-end, tensioners re-set and springs replaced with genuine Merrithew colour-coded units.
Carriage & wheel refit
Wheel bearings, rails and carriage stops checked and replaced so the carriage runs true with no drift or noise.
Rope, strap & handle replacement
New straps, handles and rope loops fitted to spec — with balanced left/right pull confirmed under load.
Reformer with Tower conversions
Vertical Frame and Tower conversions installed, torqued and safety-checked with a report you can file for insurance.
Upholstery replacement
Vinyl carriage pads, shoulder rests and headrests replaced with genuine Merrithew stock.
Full inspection & certificate
Frame, footbar, gearbar, cables and stopper hardware inspected against Merrithew's guidance, with a dated report on completion.
