Rope, riser & pulley refit
New ropes cut and finished to spec, pulley alignment checked, risers re-tensioned so both sides pull evenly.
Wheels, bearings & carriage glide
Wheel and bearing replacement, rail cleaning and re-lubrication so the carriage runs silently end-to-end.
Upholstery & shoulder rests
Vinyl and foam replacement on carriage pads, shoulder rests and headrests — colour matched where stock allows.
Tower & jump-board fitting
Retrofit of towers, jump boards and mat converters, torqued and safety-checked to Balanced Body's installation guidance.
Full inspection & report
Frame, hardware, springs, ropes and safety-critical fixings inspected — findings issued as a dated report your insurer will accept.
